Layers of semi-translucent paper and pastel colors contribute to the iridescent quality of the painting. The flat center of the composition is surrounded by the textured surface, which builds an effect of isolation. Expressions of human figures come from simple and energetic brushstrokes. People bereft of any specific qualities become anonymous representation of humanity.
The artwork W30”xH36”, is made with acrylic paints and paper on a wooden board, it is protected from UV and water damage by a layer of polymer matt varnish. $1400.
It is a special piece among my other creations. It contains an unusually big amount of frustration and force. It is made with acrylic paints and paper, which I love to add for special textural effects. “Keep on Fighting” combines the straightforward strength of linear design and surprisingly delicate details, contemporary bold colors with a touch of old-fashioned shimmering silver.
